NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A
PREMISES LICENCE
Application has been made by Aldi Stores Limited to the Licensing Authority of Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council for a Premises Licence for the Aldi Store at Units 4 & 5, Oldbury Green Retail Park, Oldbury, B69 3DD.

The proposed licensable activity is the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises each day of the week between 06:00 and 00:00. A record
of the application may be inspected at General Licensing Team, Sandwell Council House, Freeth Street, Oldbury, B69 3DE, during normal office
hours Monday to Friday. Written representations by interested parties or responsible authorities regarding the application must be made in writing
to: General Licensing Team, Place Directorate, Sandwell Council House, PO Box 2374, Oldbury B69 3DE or via email using

licensing_Team@sandwell.gov.uk

at any time up to and including 3rd April 2025.
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is Level 5.
