Notice is hereby given that We, Hickory’s (ROS) Limited have applied to Swindon Borough Council on 27th February 2025 for a new premises licence at the: Hickory’s Smokehouse, Middleleaze Drive, Swindon, Wiltshire, SN5 5TZ. This application includes: Regulated entertainment including Performance of Live Music, Playing of Recorded Music, Entertainment Similar to Live/Recorded Music, Exhibition of Films, Sale by Retail of Alcohol, Late Night Refreshment.

Performance of Live Music 10:00 to 23:00 daily.

Playing of Recorded Music 10:00 to 23:00 daily.

Entertainment Similar to Live/Recorded Music 10:00 to 23:00 daily.

Exhibition of Films 10:00 to 23:00 daily.

Sale by Retail of Alcohol 10:00 to 23:00 Sunday to Thursday 10:00 to 00:00 Friday and Saturday.

Late Night Refreshment 23:00 to 00:00 Friday and Saturday.

Opening hours 10:00 to 00:00 daily.

The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
