What is proposed?
Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Red Oak Taverns Ltd in respect of Premises known as Doyle’s Sports Bar, 58 Commercial Road, Hereford, HR1 2BP applied to Herefordshire Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence. The proposed variation is to amend the conditions within Annex 2 of the Premises Licence to enable the premises to provide a more family-friendly competitive socialising offer. The updates to the conditions are primarily regarding the use of SIA doorstaff on the premises and the ages & times at which under 18-year-olds may be admitted entry to the premises. There is to be no change to the hours for the provision of licensable activities or the opening hours under this application.
Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Herefordshire Council, Licensing Department, Plough Lane, Hereford, HR4 0LE, or by e-mail to licensing@herefordshire.gov.uk no later than 26th March 2025 stating the grounds for representation.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
