Notice is hereby given that: I Mr Orhan Cem Ozden have made an application under Section 17 Part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 to vary a Premises Licence for the Premises known as Chiave Shoreditch, 36 Redchurch Street London E2 7DP. I intend to conduct on or from the premises the following licensable activities:

• Sale by retail of Alcohol: Thursday to Saturday 11.00 hrs to 03.30 hrs the following day
• The provision of regulated entertainment: Recorded Music - Thursday to Saturday 11.00 hrs to 03.30 hrs the following day

The Licensing register listing full details of the application is kept and where the record of the application can be viewed from 10am and 4pm, Monday to Friday inclusive, at:

Licensing and Safety Team, Environmental Health & Trading Standards, Communities Directorate, Tower Hamlets Town Hall, 160 Whitechapel Road, London E1 1BJ

Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations on this application in writing to the Tower Hamlets Licensing, by not later than 20th March 2025.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
