Notice of Application for Variation of a Premises Licence

We, Eling Ltd hereby give notice that an application was made to East Riding of Yorkshire Council on the 28/02/2025 for the Variation of a Premises Licence to operate a premises at: Londis, Station Garage, Middle Street South, Driffield, YO25 6PY from which the following licensable activities are proposed.

Removal of an existing condition from the operating schedule, and changes to the layout plan of the shop.

The full application may be inspected, free of charge, at the offices of the council at Health Safety & Licensing Team East Riding of Yorkshire Council Housing and Public Protection Division County Hall, Beverley HU17 9BAor online at www.eastriding.gov.uk.

Any person wishing to submit representations to my/our application must give notice in writing to Licensing Authority address shown above, giving in detail the grounds of objection by the 28/03/2025.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and a person may be liable on summary conviction of an unlimited fine.
