PUBLIC NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE

UNDER SECTION 34 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is hereby given that an application was made to HEREFORDSHIRE COUNCIL to vary a premises licence under the above Act on the 28TH OF FEBRUARY 2025. Applicant: SHELL UK OIL PRODUCTS LIMITED Address of premises: SHELL LEOMINSTER, LUDLOW ROAD, RIDGEMOOR, LEOMINSTER, HR6 0DQ

Proposed variation to the licensable activities:

1. EXTEND THE LICENSABLE AREA OF THE PREMISES.
2. UPDATE THE INTERNAL LAYOUT PLAN ATTACHED TO THE PREMISES LICENCE.
