Public Notice Application for the Grant of a Premises Licence Licensing Act 2003
An application has been made by WITARD EXPRESS LIMITED, to Norwich City Council, the Licensing Authority, for the grant of a new Premises Licence for: 29 Witard Road, Norwich, NR7 9XD to allow the following activities to take place: Sale of alcohol (On & Off sales) Monday - Sunday: 07:00-23:00hrs
A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Team, Norwich City Council, City Hall, St Peter's Street, Norwich NR2 1NH by appointment during office hours Monday to Friday, except bank holidays or online at: https://www.norwich.gov.uk/info/200l4/licensing/3593/licenced_premises_register. Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application must do so in writing to The Licensing Team, at the address above or by email to licensing@norwich.gov.uk, no later than: 24/03/2025.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine on summary conviction for such an offence is unlimited.
