Application for a Premises Licence
Name of Applicant: Loungers UK Limited. Address: Lounge, Unit 3.1 Paintworks, Bath Road, Arnos Vale, Brislington, Bristol, BS4 3EH. Licensing Authority: Bristol City Council. Licensing Authority Address: Licensing Team, Bristol City Council, 100 Temple Street, Bristol, BS1 6AG. (The record of the application may also be inspected at this address between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm Monday – Friday, with the exception of Wednesday when the opening hours are 10.00 am and 5.00 pm or on the Council’s website at www.bristol.gov.uk).
The applicant has applied to the Licensing Authority for a premises licence for the above premises for the following licensable activities: 1. The sale of alcohol between the hours of 1000 and 2400 daily for consumption on and off the premises. 2. The provision of late night refreshment between the hours of 2300 and 0030 daily. 3. Non-standard timings: The premises may remain open for the sale of alcohol and the provision of late night refreshment from the terminal hour for those activities on New Year’s Eve through to the commencement time for those activities on New Year’s Day. The applicant proposes maximum opening hours at the premises to be 0800 to 0030 daily.
Any person or responsible authority (as defined by the Licensing Act 2003) may make representations to the Licensing Authority no later than 31 March 2025. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is an unlimited fine.
