What is proposed?
APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003
FILIPINO ASSOCIATION OF BIRMINGHAM (FAB) is applying for the GRANT of a Premises Licence at Woodgate Valley Country Park, Clapgate Lane, Bartley Green, Birmingham B32 3DS. If GRANTED the application will allow: Birmingham Barrio Fiesta on the 12th and 13th of July 2025 from 09:00 to 19:00 Further information concerning the application can be viewed by accessing the Licensing Act 2003 Electronic public register at: www.birmingham.gov.uk/licensing
Any person, who wishes to make a representation, must do so in writing, preferably by email to: licensing@birmingham. gov.uk or alternatively by post to General Licensing, Regulation & Enforcement, PO Box 17831, Birmingham B2 2HJ Representations must be made in writing within 28 days from the date of this notice by midnight on 31st of March 2025.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount. (DATE OF NOTICE: 4th of March 2025)
