I/We Chuck and Blade Eastbourne Ltd., Unit 21, Castle View Business Centre, Gas House Road, Rochester, ME1 1PB do hereby serve notice on 03.03.2025 that it is my/our intention to apply to Eastbourne Borough Council for the grant of a new premises licence to use or permit the use of premises known as Chuck and Blade, Unit SU12, Beacon Centre, Terminus Road, Eastbourne, BN21 3NW for the following licensable activities or proposed variation: Supply of alcohol from 11:00am to 11:00pm, Late night refreshments 11:00pm to midnight, Live music 11:00am to11:00pm, Recorded music 09:00am-11:00pm and Anything of a similar description for example quizzes 11:00am-11:00pm Sunday to Saturday (seven days).
Any person who desires to make a representation to the grant should send a brief written statement of the grounds of his/her objection to

or Licensing Team Eastbourne Town Hall Grove Road Eastbourne BN21 4UG no later than midnight on 31st March 2025

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum penalty for which a person is liable on summary conviction is an unlimited fine.
