What is proposed?

Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under
Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Keysoe International Limited
in respect of Premises known as Keysoe International
Equestrian Centre, Church Road, Keysoe, Bedford, MK44
2JP applied to Bedford Borough Council for a Variation of
a Premises Licence. The proposed variation is: 1. To vary
the layout of the premises in accordance with plans supplied
by the applicant. 2. To add off sales of alcohol in line with
the existing permitted hours for on sales of alcohol (from
11:00 hours to 22:00 hours Monday to Saturday and from
12:00 hours until 22:00 hours on Sunday) and non-standard
timings. 3. To remove all conditions in Annex 2 of the
premises licence and to replace them with the operating
schedule detailed in the application. Any representations
regarding the above-mentioned application must be
received in writing by Licensing Authority, Bedford
Borough Council, Borough Hall, Cauldwell Street, Bedford
MK42 9AP no later than 27th March 2025 stating the
grounds for representation. The register of Bedford
Borough Council and the record of the application may be
inspected at the address of the council, given above, during
normal business hours or on the council’s website -

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with an application. A person is
liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false
statement be made.
