What is proposed?

Notice is hereby given that Greene King Brewing and Retailing Limited has applied in respect of the Pear & Partridge, The Parkway, Perton, Wolverhampton,WV6 7XZ for a variation to the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for: To amend the layout of the premises in accordance with the submitted plan (drawing number L01). The changes are as follows: Full refurbishment of trade areas .New accessible WC. Alterations to fixed seating along with some new. Covered Pergola to side patio area. Increase of licensed area to include the garden and car park. This application also seeks to amend the conditions found in annex 2 of the licence .We propose the removal of the entirety of annex 2 and replacing it with a set of new conditions. Any representations against the application must be made in writing and received by the Licensing Team at the above address, by no later than the 27th March 2025. Individuals, businesses and other bodies may make representations in relation to the application. Representations must be relevant and can only be on the licensing objectives of the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance, and the protection of children from harm. Copies of all representations will be sent to the applicant. Persons making representations will have to appear at the Councils’ Licensing Sub-Committee.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Persons will be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
