Notice is hereby given that Greene King Brewing and Retailing Limited has applied in respect of the Pear & Partridge, The Parkway, Perton, Wolverhampton,WV6 7XZ for a variation to the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for: To amend the layout of the premises in accordance with the submitted plan (drawing number L01). The changes are as follows: Full refurbishment of trade areas .New accessible WC. Alterations to fixed seating along with some new. Covered Pergola to side patio area. Increase of licensed area to include the garden and car park. This application also seeks to amend the conditions found in annex 2 of the licence .We propose the removal of the entirety of annex 2 and replacing it with a set of new conditions.
