Notice of application for a New Premises Licence

Co-operative Caw Food Limited have applied fora new Premises Licence at Co-op, 14 Springfield R•., Elburton PL9 8ED (new builci for the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises Monday to Sunday between 06:80-23:00. Conditions will apply.

Anyone wishing to make a representation may do so in writing to Licensing, Pubic Protection Service, Balked House, Plymouth PL1 3W Or Email to licensing@plymcuth.gov.uk by 25 Marsh 2025

The Application may be viewed during normal office hours at Council Offices or at hAos://www. plymouth.gov.uk/current-licensing-applications

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and is punishable by a fine of any amount on summary conviction for the offence.
