LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice of Application for a Variation of Premises Licence

I, Mr Sinnathurai Uthayan hereby make application for a Variation of Premises Licence in respect of Southchurch Food & Wine, 206 Southchurch Road, Southend-On-Sea, Essex, SS1 2LS. The variation which is being proposed is to increase the hours for off supply of alcohol & opening hours from 07:00hrs to 23:00hrs Mon-Sun to be extend 24 hours daily incl. bank holidays.

Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations to the Licencing Authority (Southend-on-Sea City Council). All such representations shall be made in writing, by 26.03.2025. Representations should be sent to the Licensing Authority, Southend-on-Sea, Civic Centre, Victoria Avenue, Southend-on-Sea, Essex SS2 6ZG or emailed to licact2003@southend.gov.uk. A record of the application, and the statutory register of the Licensing Authority, may be inspected at the Council's office address given above, between 10.00am and 4.00pm on Mondays to Fridays. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for this offence is unlimited.
