What is proposed?
NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Notice is hereby given that an application was made to Nottingham City Council for a Premises Licence under the above Act on 21st February 2025 by The Island Quarter: Canal Turn, 1 The Great Northern Close, Nottingham, NG2 3JL. It is proposed that the following licensable activities will take place from the premises: sale of alcohol by retail: 09:00 to 03:00, Monday to Sunday: regulated entertainment: 09:00 to 03:00 Monday to Sunday: Late night refreshments: 23:00 to 03:00 Monday to Sunday.
Further information concerning the application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Commercial & Operations, Licensing, Central Police Station, Byron House, Maid Marian Way, Nottingham, NG1 6HS between the hours of 9.00am and 4.30pm and Monday to Friday by prior appointment.
Any person, who wishes to make a representation, must do so in writing, to the Licensing Authority.
Representations to this application must be made by 21st March 2025.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. Those who make such a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
