APPLICATION FOR A LICENCE
LICENSING ACT 2003
NOTICE is hereby given that we, Three Wrens Gin Ltd have applied on 27th February 2025 to Cheshire East Council in respect of the premises known as The Nest, 16 Pepper Street, Nantwich, CW5 5AB for a full variation to provide the following activities:
Amend closing time on Friday & Saturday from 22:00 to 23:00.
Live Music - Wednesday - Sunday - 12:00 - 22:00.
To allow children into the venue when accompanied by an adult until 18:00 PM.
Amend Recorded Music & Supply of Alcohol closing time on Friday & Saturday from 22:00 to 23:00.
Representations shall be made in writing to the below address on or before the following date: 27th March 2025.

The application may be inspected at the Licensing Section of Cheshire East Council by prior appointment during normal office hours.
It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is, unlimited.
