We, Mr Thanh Quang Lam do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at Tonbridge & Malling Borough Council for a variation to the Premises Licence at Ming II Restaurant, London Road, Wrotham Heath, Sevenoaks, Kent TN15 7RX known as Ming II Restaurant.

Summary of Variation:

1.Removal of condition relating to the sale of alcohol with food. 2. Sale of alcohol hours (both on and off sales) Monday – Saturday 17:30 – 22:00 Sunday 12:30 – 22:00.

The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary of conviction for the offence is £5000.
