What is proposed?

North Yorkshire Council Licensing Act 2003 Public Notice of Application for Grant of Premises Licence

Application has today been made to the council for the above licence by Kitson and Sons Limited of The Bay Horse 1 North Side, Hutton Rudby, Yarm TS15 0DA.

It is proposed as follows:-Application is made for live music, recorded music and late night refreshment between the hours of 23.00 and 02.00 Monday to Saturday and 23.00 and 00.00 Sunday. Application is also made for the sale of alcohol between the hours of 08.00 and 02.00 Monday to Saturday and 08.00 and 00.00 Sunday.

Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations regarding the application where they believe that the proposed activities would undermine any of the four licensing objectives. Any representations must be submitted in writing to the Licensing Officer, North Yorkshire Council, County Hall Northallerton, DL7 8AD. Any person wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address during normal office hours. Further information may also be found on the Licensing website: https://www.northyorks.gov.uk/licensing-and-registration/licences-registrations-and-applications. Representations concerning the application must be made in writing to the council at licensing.ham@northyorks.gov.uk or by post to the above address no later than: 19 March 2025.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to an unlimited fine.
