What is proposed?

APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Hotel Chocolat is applying for the Grant of a Premises Licence at Unit 27, 26 High Street, Longbridge, Birmingham, B32 2UQ.

If Granted the Application will allow: The Sale of Alcohol Both ON and OFF the Premises Monday to Sunday 07.00am until 21.00pm.

Any person, who wishes to make a representation, must do so in writing, preferably by email to: licensing@birmingham. gov.uk or alternatively by post to General Licensing, Regulation & Enforcement, PO Box 17831, Birmingham B2 2HJ. Representations must be made in writing within 28 days from the date of this notice, i.e. by midnight on 26TH MARCH 2025.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
