What is proposed?

Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under
Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Haven Leisure Limited in
respect of Premises known as Reighton Sands Holiday
Park, Reighton Gap, Filey, YO14 9SL applied to North
Yorkshire Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence.
The proposed variation is to extend the area covered by the
existing Premises Licence to permit the sale of alcohol from
the Beach Café for consumption on and off the premises
from 1100 to 2000 each day. The opening hours of the
Beach Café will be from 0800 to 2000 each day. There is
no change to the existing hours, licensable activities and
other layout plans in respect of Premises Licence PL1339.
To amend and update the existing condition relating to
CCTV.
Any representations regarding the above-mentioned
application must be received in writing by North
Yorkshire Council Licensing Services, Town Hall,
St Nicholas Street, Scarborough, YO11 2HG or by e-mail

no later than 19 March
2025 stating the grounds for representation. The register of
North Yorkshire Council and the record of the application
may be inspected at the address of the council, given above,
during normal business hours or on the council’s website –

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with an application. A person is
liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false
statement be made.
