What is proposed?

An application to vary a premises licence has been made by Intracave Limited to vary the licence for the premises known as KFC Leger Retail Centre, Thorne Road, Wheatley Hills, Doncaster, DN2 5DX
The proposed variation is:
1. to extend the opening hours of the premises to 2am, Monday to Sunday inclusive.

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to The Licensing Department, Doncaster Council, The Civic Offices, Waterdale, Doncaster, DN1 3BU.
Written representations must be received no later than 20th March 2025.
It is an offence for anyone to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
