What is proposed?
Application to vary a premise licence under Licensing Act 2003
I, Ranja Jamal, have applied on 11th February 2025 for a premise licence for the premises known as Zak 2 Mini Market, 307 Leeds Road, Bradford, BD3 9JY.
The variation, if granted, is to enable the following activities to take place: The off-sale of alcohol Monday to Sunday 00.00 until 23.59.
Any objections should be made in writing no later than 11th March 2025 to:
Department of Place, Licensing Team, Shearbridge Depot, Shearbridge Road, Bradford, BD7 1PU.
The licensing register and record of application are available for inspection at the above office by appointment only.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application under the Licensing Act 2003. The offence is subject to a maximum unlimited fine on summary conviction.
