Bristol City Council has resolved to vary the maximum fee charged for the licences detailed in the schedule below:

In accordance with section 70(3) of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976 Bristol City Council hereby gives notice of its intention to vary the above maximum licence fees, in accordance with the above schedule. Any person wishing to make an objection to the proposed variation must do so in writing to: Mr Jonathan Martin, Licensing Team (100TS) Bristol City Council PO Box 3399 Bristol BS1 9NE.

A copy of this notice will be available for inspection at City Hall, College Green, Bristol, during normal office hours. Any objections must be received by 25 March 2025. If no objections are received the proposed variation will take effect on 1 April 2025.
