It is proposed to licence these premises for Time limited premises licence from Friday 3rd October 2025 to Sunday 5th October 2025 for the activity of a live music festival lasting three days in aid of sunflowers suicide support. Event to be held on land near the clubhouse, music entertainment to be in a marquee.

Hours consisting of:
Friday 6pm till 10pm for recorded music, live music and sale of alcohol
Saturday 1pm till 10:30pm for recorded music, live music and sale of alcohol
Sunday 12pm till 5pm recorded music, live music and sale of alcohol
