NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT/VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE/CLUB PREMISES CERTIFICATE

TAKE NOTICE that I/We RUMPUS ARTISAN BURGERS LTD have applied to Kirkless Council under the Licensing Act 2003, for the grant/variation of a premises licence/ club certificate in respect of premises knows as: 22 Carr Lane, Slaithwaite, Huddersfield, HD7 5AN. for Premises Licence under Section 17 of The Licensing Act 2003. 

For the Sale of Alcohol in a Restaurant Monday to Sunday 12:00 - 22:30

Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations regarding the application where they believe that the proposed activities would undermine any of the four licensing objectives.

Any representations must be submitted in writing to the Licensing Office, Flint Street Depot, Flint Street, Fartown, Huddersfield, HD1 6LG or by email at licensing@kirklees.gov.uk by 14th March 2025.

Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address during normal office hours or online at www.kirklees.gov.uk/licensing

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to a fine not exceeding £5000.
