What is proposed?

PUBLIC NOTICE Licensing Act 2003 - Application for the grant of a Premises Licence

An application has been made for a premises licence under section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003 by: Mr Adrian Barnwell for the premises The Silk House, Lucks Lane, Paddock Wood, Tonbridge, Kent, TN12 6PA. A summary of the proposed licensable activities and the proposed hours of opening:

Sale of alcohol – Everyday 12:00 to 22:00 (online or by appointment)

Any person wishing to make representation about the proposals should make them in writing by 20.03.2025. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary of conviction for the offence is Unlimited.
