NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that IXL Events
Limited have applied to Stratford on Avon District Council for the Grant of a new Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 for the Polo Club Hotel, Dallas Burston Polo Club, Stoneythorp Estate, Southam CV47 2DL to permit: the sale of alcohol (on and off the premises) and regulated entertainment: Sunday to Wednesday – 1000 to 0000 (12 midnight), Thursday to Saturday – 1000 to 0200 and late night refreshment: Sunday to Wednesday – 2300 to 0000 (12 midnight), Thursday to Saturday – 2300 to 0200 Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing by 11th March 2025 to the Licensing Authority, Stratford on Avon District Council, Elizabeth House, Church Street, Stratford on Avon CV37 6HX, Tel: 01789260832, Email: licensing@stratford-dc.gov.uk where the register of Licensing Applications can be inspected Monday to Thursday 0900 to 1700 and 0900 to 1630 on Fridays. It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
