Full Variation of a Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that 4 Winsley Street Ltd has applied to the City of Westminster on 11/02/2025 to vary the premises licence for Selene, Mappin House, 4 Winsley Street London W1W 8HF. The proposed variation is to extend licensable activities until 06:00 hours in the basement Helios Bar for a maximum of 100 guests on Friday and Saturday trading nights. To add the following condition: “The premises will operate a last entry time 05:00 hours, save for guests temporarily leaving the premises to smoke.”.

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 12/03/2025 stating the grounds for making said representation to: Licensing Service, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London SW1E 5QP. The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online by visiting at www.westminster.gov.uk/Licensing and following the link to the public register.

The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is £5000.
