Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Heron Foods Limited has applied to Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of premises to be known as Heron Foods, Units 2-3, 73 Westgate, Guisborough, TS14 6AF. The proposed licensable activities and their hours are the sale of alcohol off the premises Monday to Saturday 07:00 to 20:00 and Sunday 10:00 to 16:00. The opening hours of the premises will be Monday to Saturday 07:00 to 20:00 and Sunday 10:00 to 16:00. A responsible authority or any other person may make representations to the application in writing to the Licensing Authority at the address below or by email to licensingadmin@redcar-cleveland.gov.uk by 18 March 2025. The Licensing Register and a copy of the application may be viewed during normal office hours at the address below: Licensing Team, Redcar & Cleveland Borough Council, Redcar & Cleveland House, Kirkleatham Street, Redcar TS10 1RT.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
