Applicant: Ms Jnana Iswarya Naidu Sopeti. Premises: Vishu Express, 128 Brighton Road, Gateshead, NE8 4QA.
Notice is hereby given that Ms Jnana Iswarya Naidu Sopeti has applied on the 17th February 2025 to Gateshead Council for a New Premises Licence Application under the Licensing Act 2003.
The application sought is to deal with
(1) The sale of alcohol (off the premises only) Mon to Sun 08.00 to 23.00 and (2) The opening hours of the premises 07.00 to 23.00 daily. Conditions will apply.
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to the Licensing Department, Gateshead Council, Civic Centre, Regent Street, Gateshead, NE8 1HH. Representations must be received no later than 17th March 2025.
The application record and register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address or at www.gateshead.gov.uk.
It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
