Application for the Variation of a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003

Teesside University, Borough Road, Middlesbrough TS1 3BA

Notice is hereby given that, Teesside University, have applied on 20 February 2025 for the Variation of a Premise Licence in respect of the above mentioned premises.

The proposed variation is for the removal of the Brittan Building and the addition of the Digital Life Building (all licensable activities are to remain the same in the existing buildings and the additional Digital Life Building). Also the Open Learning Centre, the name has changed to Europa Open Learning Teaching Centre.

Anyone wishing to make representations in respect of this application should write to Middlesbrough Council at the address stated below or email licensing@middlesbrough.gov.uk  

Representations must be made in writing and no later than Thursday 20 March 2025.

It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 (unlimited amount) on the standard scale, under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application.
