PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is hereby given that Fayak Ahmed has applied to Coventry City Council for a NEW PREMISES LICENCE at Mysha’s Kitchen, 28 Craven Street, Chapelfields, Coventry CV5 8DU.

To provide Late Night Refreshments: (ie sale/supply of alcohol, late night refreshments and regulated entertainment and ON/OFF SALES).

Monday - Thursday 16.30 - 00.00
Friday & Saturday 16.30 - 00.30
Sunday 16.30 - 00.00

Any person wishing to lodge a representation concerning this application may write to: Licensing Authority, The Council House, Earl Street, Coventry CV1 5RR or send an email to: licensing@coventry.gov.uk The application may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address and further information may be available at www.coventry. gov.uk on the public register.

Any representation relating to this application must be made in writing to the Licensing Authority by 19th March 2025.

Please note it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine on summary conviction for this offence is unlimited.
