Buxton Brewery Ltd hereby confirms by way of notice that an application has been submitted to High Peak Borough Council for the Grant of a Premises Licence in respect of:-
Buxton Brewery, Unit 20a Spring Gardens Shopping Centre, Buxton, SK17 6DF.
Licensable activities applied for:-
• Recorded music and the sale of alcohol (for consumption off the premises and on the premises for tasting sessions):-
Everyday:- 09:00 – 17:00
• The opening times applied for:-
Everyday:- 09:00 – 17:00
A Register is held at High Peak Borough Council containing information of all applications under the Licensing Act 2003 and can be inspected (by appointment) at the offices of High Peak Borough Council, Buxton Town Hall, Buxton, SK17 6EL between the hours of 10.00 a.m. And 13.00 p.m. Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays), or can be viewed at:-

A responsible authority or any other person may make representations in writing to High Peak Borough Council Licensing Team by 14 February 2025.
