Notice of application for the grant of a Premises
Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Heron Foods Limited has
applied to North Yorkshire Council for the grant of a
Premises Licence in respect of premises known as Heron
Foods, 71 Newborough, Scarborough, YO11 1ET.
The proposed licensable activities and their hours are the
sale of alcohol off the premises Monday to Saturday 07:00
to 21:00 and Sunday 08:00 to 20:00. The opening hours of
the premises will be Monday to Saturday 07:00 to 21:00
and Sunday 08:00 to 20:00.
Anyone wishing to make representations in respect of

Representations must be
made in writing and no later than 12th March 2025.

It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5
(unlimited amount) on the standard scale, under Section 158
