NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT/VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE/CLUB PREMISES CERTIFICATE
TAKE NOTICE THAT I/we Paul Sutcliffe have applied to Calderdale Council under the Licensing Act 2003, for the grant of a premises licence certificate in respect of premises known as Alexandra's, 16 Alexandra Street, Halifax
For the sale by retail / supply of alcohol – Mon – Sat 11:00 – 24:00 Sun 11:00 – 22:00
Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations regarding the application where they believe that the proposed activities would undermine any of the four licensing objectives.

Any representations must be submitted in writing to the Registration and Licensing Manager, Calderdale Council, Town Hall, Halifax, HX1 1UJ by 14/3/2025
Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address during normal office hours.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to a fine not exceeding £5000.
