NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE
Take notice that I Lee Summers & Craig Sharman have applied to Calderdale Metropolitan Borough Council under the Licensing Act 2003, for the grant of a premises licence in respect of premises known as The Brow Cafe & Bar, West Vale 14 Rochdale Road, Greetland, Halifax, HX4 8AL.
Licensable Activities Applied for and Times: Licensable activities are live and recorded music and the sale of alcohol: Monday- Saturday 11am – 11.30pm & Sunday 11am – 11pm.
Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations regarding the application where they believe that the proposed activities would undermine any of the four licensing objectives.

Any representations must be submitted in writing to the Registration and Licensing Manager, Calderdale Metropolitan Borough Council, Town Hall, Crossley Street, Halifax, HX1 1UJ by 00/00/2025.
Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so by appointment at the above address during normal office hours.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to a fine not exceeding £5000.
