What is proposed?

The Licensing Act (2003)

Take notice that Mowgli Street Food Limited has applied for the grant of a Premises Licence for Mowgli - Unit 402 Chantry Place, Chaplefield, Norwich NR2 1SZ.

The licensable activities applied for and the hours and days of the week of opening and operation are as follows: The retail sale of alcohol on/off the premises and late-night refreshment for consumption on or away from the premise, from Monday to Sunday from 11:00 until 00:30 hours the following day.

The application may be viewed 09:00-17:00hrs Monday-Friday, in the Register held at Licensing Team, Norwich City Council, City Hall, St Peters Street, Norwich, NR2 1NH or on the Norwich City Council website. Representations about this application must be made in writing to above address and received no later than 10/03/2025.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable with a maximum fine of which is unlimited on summary conviction.
