NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION
OF A PREMISES LICENCE

Premises The Prickly Pear, 62 Woodlands Road,
Ansdell FY8 4BX
Notice is given that The Prickly Pear (Lytham St
Annes) Ltd has applied to Borough of Fylde
Licensing Authority for a variation of the Premises
Licence issued under the Licensing Act 2003. The
proposed variation is: To extend the hours for the
sale of alcohol to Monday to Saturday to 1030 –
2300 and Sunday 1200 - 2200.
Anyone who wishes to make representations
regarding this application must give notice in
writing to: Licensing Department, Fylde Borough
Council, Town Hall, Lytham St. Annes, Lancashire,
FY8 1LW Or by e-mail to:

licensing@fylde.gov.uk

Representations may be made for 28 consecutive
days from the date of this notice. The Application
Record and Register may be viewed between 9am
& 5pm Monday to Friday at the above address or
at -

www.fylde.gov.uk.


It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing
Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with an application and
the maximum fine for which a person is liable on
summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5
on the standard scale (unlimited)
