Notice of application for a Premises Licence
Notice is hereby given that Nanny Browns Ltd has applied for the grant of a Premises Licence at Nanny Browns (Catering Van), Whitchurch Drive, Telford, TF1 5BY to permit: the sale of alcohol (for consumption on the premises on Wednesday to Sunday from 12pm to 9pm and the provision of live , recorded music and the provision of entertainment of a similar description to that falling within live music, recorded music or performance of dance (Indoors and Outdoors) on Wednesday to Sunday from 12pm to 9pm, as stated in the application.
The application may be inspected by prior appointment at the Licensing Service, Telford &
Wrekin Council, Darby House, Lawn Central, Telford, TF3 4JA. Please contact Licensing to
make an appointment on
Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so in
writing to the Licensing Authority, clearly stating the grounds for the representation no later
than 12 th March 2025.
The licensing authority is required under the Licensing Act 2003 (Hearings) Regulations 2005
to provide the applicant with full copies of any relevant representations that have been made.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an
application, punishable on summary conviction by a maximum fine of £5,000.
