What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 - APPLICATION FOR THE VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application to vary a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by Olivers Wine Bar to East Lindsey District Council in respect of premises known as which are situated at 22-24 Aswell Street, Louth
A brief description of the proposed variation, is as follows: For all existing conditions under the current licensing objectives to be removed and be replaced with new conditions reflecting the operating schedule of the premises.
The record of the application may be inspected by prior appointment at the offices of The Licensing Team, East Lindsey District Council, The Hub, Mareham Road, Horncastle, LN9 6PH, during normal office hours (email:

licensing@e-lindsey.gov.uk).

Any representations by interested parties or Responsible Authorities regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, East Lindsey District Council at the above address by 13th March 2025
It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 (£5000) on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
