Notice of Application for the transfer of a Licence
PETTY SESSIONS DISTRICT OF NEWRY & MOURNE
COUNTY COURT DIVISION OF ARMAGH AND SOUTH DOWN
TAKE NOTICE that ACS PROJECT MANAGEMENT LTD whose registered office is situate at 9 Cluster Road, Newtownhamilton, Newry, BT35 0AR in the County of Armagh will attend at the Magistrates Court sitting at Newry Courthouse on Wednesday 5th March 2025 at 10.30am to apply for the transfer to us of a Licence at present held by ADRIAN SWIFT AND COLLEEN SWIFT whose address is situate at 9 Cluster Road, Newtownhamilton, Newry, BT35 0AR in the County of Armagh for the premises known as 16 The Square Newtownhamilton in the County of Armagh being premises of the following kind according to the Licensing (Northern Ireland) Order 1996, namely premises specified in Article 5(1)(a) premises in which the business carried on under the Licence is the business of selling intoxicating liquor by retail for consumption either in or off the premises.
A Protection Order authorising ACS Project Management Ltd whose registered office is situate at 9 Cluster Road, Newtownhamilton, Newry, BT35 0AR in the County of Armagh to carry on business under the Licence was granted by the Magistrates Court sitting at Newry on the 21st November 2024 for a period of six months from the date of the Order. The owner of the premises is Adrian Swift and Colleen Swift.
No alterations such as specified in Article 36 of the Licensing (Northern Ireland) Order 1990 have been made to the premises since the Licence was last renewed.
The Licence will be deposited with the Clerk of Petty Sessions before or at the hearing of the application.
