Notice of application for a Premises Licence
Notice is given that McDonald’s Restaurants Limited has
applied to Chorley Council on 7th February 2025 for the
grant of a premises licence to use the premises at
McDonald’s Restaurants, Woodale Road, Clayton-Le-
Woods, Chorley, PR6 7TY for the provision of late night
refreshment from 23:00 until 00:00 Mondays to Sundays.
A copy of the Application can be viewed at the :- Civic
Offices, Union Street, Chorley, PR7 1AL or online at
Any person who wishes to make representations in relation
to this application must do so in writing to Licensing, Civic
Offices, Union Street, Chorley, PR7 1AL. The final date for
representations is 2359hrs on 7th March 2025.
Note: It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a
false statement in connection with an application. A person
is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a
false statement be made.
