NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

An application for a Premises Licence has been made by Loco Cafe Limited to Wolverhampton City Council in respect of premises known as Loco Coffee which are situated at 17A Cleveland Street, Wolverhampton, West Midlands, WV1 3HH

The application is as follows:

Sale/supply of alcohol on and off the premises
Monday to Sunday 11:00 to 21:30
Sunday 11:00 – 20:30

Any representations regarding the application must be made in writing to licensing Services, Civic Centre, St Peters Square, Wolverhampton, WV1 1SH or electronically to licensing@wolverhampton.gov.uk by 13th March 2025

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with the application, and the maximum penalty to which a person is liable on summary conviction for such an offence is an unlimited fine.
