We, HIVIK Retail Ltd have applied to Nottingham City Council for the Grant of a Premises Licence for the above premises. The licensable activities proposed to be carried from the premises are as follows:-

• Sale by Retail of Alcohol off the premises only from Monday to Sunday from 07.00 hrs to 23.00 hrs.

• Opening Hours on Monday to Sunday from 07.00 hrs to 23.00 hrs

The Licensing Register, and full details of this application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Communities, Environment & Resident Services, Communities, Nottingham City Council, Licensing, Eastcroft Depot, Humber Building, London Road, Nottingham, NG2 3AH between the hours of 9.00am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday by prior appointment.

Responsible Authorities or any persons can make representations in writing to the Licensing Authority at any time up to 9th March 2025.

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application.

The fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
