LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A NEW (SHADOW) PREMISES LICENCE

Premises; 262-264 OLD STREET, LONDON EC1V 9DD

Notice is given that Chandler Bars Group Limited has applied to Islington Council for a New (Shadow) Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 The proposed shadow licence application is to authorise licensable activities as set out on the current licence. Namely the Exhibition of films, Monday to Tuesday 0900-0000, Wednesday to Thursday 0900-0200, Friday to Saturday 0900-0300 and Sundays 0900-0100. The performance of live music, the playing of recorded music and the performance of dance, Monday to Tuesday 0900-0000, Wednesday to Thursday 0900-0200, Friday to Saturday 0900-0300 and Sunday 0900 to 0100, the provision of late night refreshment Monday to Tuesday 2300-0000, Wednesday to Thursdays 2300-0200, Friday to Saturday 2300-0300 and Sundays 2300-0100 and the on/off sale of alcohol Monday to Tuesday 0900-0000, Wednesday to Thursday 0900-0200, Friday to Saturday 0900-0300 and Sundays 0900-0100

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must write to the: Licensing Support Team, Public Protection, 222 Upper Street, London N1 1XR or licensing@islington.gov.uk Representations must be received no later than: 07/03/2025 The Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address or at www.islington.gov.uk Note: it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of such offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
