Romsey Kebab House Ltd is applying for the new grant of a Premises Licence for Romsey Kebab House, 5 Church Street, Romsey SO51 8BT

If granted the application will allow the following licensable activities to take place: sale of alcohol on the premises, sale of alcohol for consumption off the premise, provision of late night refreshment.

Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to: Licensing Manager, Legal & Democratic Service, Test Valley Borough Council, Beech Hurst, Weyhill Road, ANDOVER, Hampshire SP10 3AJ

A copy of the application for the grant of the above licence is kept by the Licensing Authority at the above address. The application can be viewed during normal office hours.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and a person guilty of an offence is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
