Full Variation of a Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that Tesco Stores Limited has applied to the City of Westminster on 07/02/2025 to vary the premises licence for Tesco Express, 115-117 Maida Vale, London, W9 1UP.

The proposed variation is to remove conditions 9-13 in Annex 1 and replace with: The provision of late night refreshment shall be limited to the use of a vending machine which supplies hot beverages. Remove conditions 14,18 & 23 in Annex 3. And to amend conditions 6, 19 & 20 in Annex 3.

Full details of the proposed variations can be found in the application submitted to the council. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 07/03/2025 stating the grounds for making said representation to: Licensing Service, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London SW1E 5QP. The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online by visiting at www.westminster.gov.uk/Licensing and following the link to the public register.

The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is £5000.
