Notice of New Application under Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that, we, CIB GRILL LTD (t/a Carul cu Bucate) have made an application to the London Borough of Harrow for a Premises Licence for Carul cu Bucate, 130 Kenton Road, HA3 8AL for the sale and consumption of alcohol on the premises, playing recorded music and occasionally live music and providing late night refreshments during the hours 09:00 to 22:00 Monday to Thursday, 09:00 to 23:59 Friday, 00:00 to 3:00 and 09:00 to 23:59 Saturday and 00:00 to 03:00 and 09:00 to 23:00 Sunday.

Anyone wishing to oppose the application must give notice in writing to the Head of Community and Public Protection, London Borough of Harrow, Civic Centre PO Box 18, Station Road Harrow Middlesex HA1 2UT (licensing@harrow.gov.uk) by 15/03/2025 specifying the grounds of objection. Copies of any objections will be sent to the applicant for their consideration and comment. Persons objecting to the grant of the licence may be invited to attend a public hearing.

It is an offence knowingly and recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a level 5 fine on the standard scale.
