LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE OR CLUB PREMISES CERTIFICATE

Notice is hereby given that Cirencester Coffee Shop Ltd Applied to Cotswold District Council to use the premises at Hugh's, 22 Castle St, Cirencester, GL7 1QH. With the proposal to 'licence these premises for Supply of Alcohol, Regulated Music.

The full application can be inspected by contacting the Licensing Section (see bellow). A summary of the application can be viewed on www.cotswold.gov.uk/. Representations must be made IN WRITING between 6-2-25 and 7-3-25. Any representations made must relate to one of the 4 Licensing Objectives: prevention of crime and disorder; public safety; prevention of public nuisance; and protection of children from harm. All representations are made public.
