NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Café Andaluz Restaurants (Richmond) Limited has applied to Richmond Council for a premises licence for Café Andaluz, Unit 2, 80 George Street, Richmond-upon-Thames TW9 1HE as follows:
To permit the sale of alcohol between the hours of 10:00 until 23:00 Sunday to Thursday and 10:00 until 23:30 Friday and Saturday.
To permit the provision of Late-Night Refreshment between the hours of 23:00 until 23:30 Sunday to Thursday and 23:00 until midnight Friday and Saturday.
Hours of Operation: 08:00 until 23:30 Sunday to Thursday and 08:00 until midnight Friday and Saturday.

Representations should be made in writing to the Licensing Authority at the above address or emailed to licensing@merton.gov.uk no later than 05 March 2025.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. To do so could result in an unlimited fine.
